Croffle was originally created by Irish pastry chef in 2017. Basically it’s croissant dough placed in waffle machine which result a crispier taste compared to the normal oven. Since the pandemic it becomes a hype in all over the world.

You can enjoy it plain or sugar coated or else it also goes well with any toppings, sweet even savoury
